Shipping of your package
Packages are usually shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment. They are shipped via Canada Post with a tracking number and delivered without signature. Packages can also be shipped via UPS Extra and delivered against signature. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method as it incurs additional charges. Whatever the delivery method chosen, we send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs for preparation and packing costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, and the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We can not combine two separately placed orders and shipping costs. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.
The dimensions of the boxes are adapted and your items are properly protected.
